What a 14-inning waste of time. The home team usually wins games like that, and with the strike zone the home plate ump was giving to the Friars pitching, it's no surprise the Metropolitans came up short.

Banny looked shaky again, but got through five with only one run, but again the story of the game was offense, or lack thereof. It seems like either everyone is hitting or no one is hitting. We need to just get our knocks every game, because our pitching should usually keep us within striking distance.

Pedro goes tonight. Let's take that hill!
